I’m 5″1 and I’ve just turned 13 last month. My dad is 5″8 and my mum being asian is only 4″11. I’m not exactly a midget in my class but I’m not exactly the tallest! I got my period when I just turned eleven and I am really worried cause I heard that once you get your period you don’t grow much anymore! I just wanna know how to grow taller!! Can anyone please If they have any secrets, techniques anything which helps I would be really greatful.

Yeah i got secret for u first of all stop panicking and try doing chin ups and also take much protein in Ur diet and also don.’t forget to walk daily if u got do running it would be best and you will see you will be giant in few months try it.
Oh I think you will get taller!!!! I didnt stop growing till I was 18!! Everyone is just different, some people have growth spurts….but others grow gradually. Other than that though I don’t know of anyways to make yourself grow taller, but even if their are you shouldn’t do them until you know FOR SURE you are done growing! Be happy with what you are. Maybe you will grow a bit more, but if not, so what? Short girls are MUCH cuter anyway.
You’re not short for a 13 year old. But, if it’s in your genes to not be tall, you won’t grow tall. I’m a 23 year old male, and I’m only 5’7″ which is short for a guy. Accept it, that’s the best you can do. Besides, it’s easier for shorter people to maneuver.
you can grow after you get your period. you grow till whenever your body matures. however, it doesn’t seem that you will be that tall. don’t worry about it. i’m only 5’0 and i’m fine with it. i never wanted to be tall. just deal with the fact you’ll never be a supermodel. other than that you can be whatever.
