Any exercises or tips or secrets or anything? And please be serious. I am only 5′ 2″
And I am patient. But I know that I might not grow any taller and just stay this height for the rest of my life.
So please help me.
And are there any specific things I can do?

How tall are your parents? You should be able to clear a few inches over your parents’ height, and maybe even more, because of the increase in knowledge about nutrition. I grew like a weed between 15 and 20.
You have plenty of years left, but you have to make an effort to do the right things to grow during your teen years. The two keys to teenage growth are nutrition and sleep.
Nutrition: You want to shovel down as much vegetables (especially green vegetables) as you can, and drink as much milk (preferably skim) as you can possibly stomach. Broccoli is now your best friend. Make sure to take a daily multivitamin with meals.
Avoid smoking, drinking and caffeine (as well as drugs), which interfere with your absorption of the nutrients your body needs in these critical years.
Sleep: You only grow in your sleep. Teens who sleep less grow less. That’s a proven fact. There is a lot of truth to the stereotype of the great big overgrown teen who sleeps all day. That’s why he’s so big. Cut out caffeine entirely and get at least eight hours of sleep a night, but if you can get ten, DO IT!
You still have your prime growing years ahead of you. I have a nephew that is eight inches taller than his dad, my brother, and all that growth came between 18 and 22 years.

* ADVICE FOR HEIGHT__
Good intake of calcium daily as found in various foodstuffs like tonned milk, banana, ragi, nachni, yogurt, my favourite nachos with cheese..
a best way i cud advice is to have milk shakes(chocolate, coffee flavoure) 2-3 times a day as an replacement for tea, coffee is a good alternative…
Good sleep aftr exercises helps ur bones to relax and expand.. Atlest 8hrs good sleep at night…
Remember food without exercises or exercises without food wont help you much.
Also there are genetics n familial relationships related to height.. i.e if either ur parents are short heighted or either ur brother , sister.. than there are little chances for increase in height…BUT keep a positive attitude follow the daily regimen of food n exercises.If you goin to gym regularly, i wud advice not to perform any weight lifting exercises… stritctly NO..

i’m short, only 4′ 11” and 17 so im dun growin but my cuzins and lil brother look fish oil and are pretty tall . .. best part is now you don’t have to take the actual oil or the humongous horse pills either … if u go to i believe its GNC they sell the chewables (my bro takes em) but if it doesnt work try vitamin d and calcium … its good 4 ur bones … i’d research it a bit more thou … good luck to you (evn if in my opinion u got off lucky!) lol
