Yeah – there are some, but they are probably NOT WORTH DOING!!! An MBA’s value comes from two things… 1) Where recruiters are looking and 2) The quality of the teaching. A 3 grand MBA will not offer you either access to decent recruiters or good teachers…
Be really careful about MBA courses – for some universities they are just a money making opportunity with no academic rigour. You can trust the Open University as they have been providing excellent distance learning opportunities for many years
