I’m utilizing the post 911 gi bill and must take all my classes locally or one “in resident” class online. What does that mean? What’s the difference between an “in resident” class and any other online class? I do not like my high schools languages, can I take an online course for the language I want? Because foreign language is a requirement at my school.
