i was wondering, i need to go to court for not attending school, so i decided i’m doing penn foster, my school told me of other options but i decided to do penn foster, and they said that T.E.A. must approve of it ?

I went to a web site called JeffersonHighSchoolOnline.com, and got a 100% on my test. Now they want me to send them $200 to receive my diploma. This site looks and seems reliable. I am worried that it may be a scam. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
