I’m utilizing the post 911 gi bill and must take all my classes locally or one “in resident” class online. What does that mean? What’s the difference between an “in resident” class and any other online class? I was just wondering, as it seems strange that someone would be able to gain a diploma through a self study course without [...] I just started my junior year and am thinking about switching to online courses and maybe getting my schooling done early.
